PC settings before starting adjustment

Before starting the adjustment work, perform the following procedure to use service program without any conflict with EPSON Edge Dashboard.

      Click the [Start] button on your PC, and then select [Control Panel] in the "PC Setting" menu. And then, click the [All Control Panel Items], and then select [Services] from "Administrative Tools".

    2. Right-click the "EPSON DFAgency*" in service list, and then select [Stop].


      * EPSON DFAgency is a printer communication module for EPSON Edge Dashboard.

      To use "EPSON Edge Dashboard" again,

      • Right-click the "EPSON DFAgency" in the services list and select [Start].
      • Restart the PC.
