#Step

1. Start the printer in repair mode. Turn the power on while touching [Screen Center], and keep pressing until the mode select screen is displayed. Touch the center of the panel to start repair mode.
   

2. If the media is being fed, eject the media.
   

3. Attach a new roll (PGPP250 24 inch) to the spindle and attach it to the 2nd roll.
   

   
   

4. Start the service program, and select 2nd Roll Paper Motor Measurement & Adjustment.

5. Click the [Run] button. Measurement and adjustment are performed automatically.

   Caution / 注意

   If you touch the printer during measurement operation, then adjustment may fail. Perform adjustment again, and if correct adjustment is not possible, then replace the motor.

6. Turn the printer OFF to finish the adjustment.
