Installation procedure

This explains how to install the NVRAM viewer.

  1. Access the Tech Exchange system.

  2. Click “Document Search & Download”.

  3. Select the T/I. (No. TE21-1254)
  4. Download the Installer named “EPSON_SC-T77-57-37_P85-65_D_DL_DM_Series_NVRAMViewer_E_X.X.X.exe”.

  5. Download the Installer named “PSON_SC-T77-57-37_P85-65_D_DL_DM_Series_NVRAMViewer_E_X.X.X.exe”.

  6. When the installer screen opens, check the license agreement. Select the check box to agree, then click the [Install] button.
  7. Boot up the Setup wizard. Click the [Yes] button.
  8. Click the “Close” button after the installation is finished correctly.
  9. A folder named “VIEWER” is created in the “CH83” exclusive folder on the Windows menu.
  10. Execute the Service Program, and start “NVRAM Viewer”.
