#Step

1. Start the printer in repair mode. Turn the power on while touching [Screen Center], and keep pressing until the mode select screen is displayed. Touch the center of the panel to start repair mode. .
   

2. Start the Service Program, and select Release the PF Driven Roller.

3. Click the [Run] button. Nip Release Roller is released.

4. If you click [OK], the Nip Release Roller will remain in the released state and the printer power will turn off.
