Check the paper state.

  • When trace marks of the Driven Roller are imprinted on media because the media is set in the printer for a while, advise the customer to remove media when the printer is going to be left unused for a long time.

  • Check if the roller section of the Nip Release Roller is contaminated with ink.
  • If so, print some blank pages to clean it.

  • If not installed in the correct position, then reinstall in the correct position.
