The printer is not powered/ It turns off immediately when the power is turned on

Suspected cause

  • The power cable is unplugged

  • The power voltage is unstable

  • Connection failure of the Power Supply Board

  • Connection failure of the panel board

  • Power Supply Board failure

  • AC Inlet failure

  • Panel failure

  • Blown the F1 to F3 fuse which related Panel on the Main Board. (Power does not supply to Panel -> Printer dons not turn on)

Check the board related cable routing.

  • Check the connection status between the power supply board and the Printer Main Circuit Board/CH83 Main-B Circuit Board.
  • Correct the problem if there is any.
  • Check the connection between the Panel and Main Board.
  • Correct the problem if there is any.

Check if the connector lock part of the Panel FFC is broken or damaged.

  • If it is broken or damaged, replace the Panel FFC Assy.

If the panel does not light even after replacing the FFC, check if the fuse, F1 (5V), F2 (3.3V), and F3 (3.3V) on the CH83 MAIN Board are blown.
