# Fixing the CR Unit

#Step

When transporting the printer, refer to the following procedures and fix the CR Unit using fixing materials.

1. Eject the ink.
2. Remove the tape (B) wrapped around the fixing material 1 (A).
   
3. On the back of the printer, open the Maintenance Cover (A).
4. Install the fixing material 1 (B).
5. Apply tape (C) to the housing.
6. Close the Maintenance Cover (A).
   
7. Apply tape (A) to the housing.
   
8. Open the Printer Cover.
9. Remove the tape wrapped around the fixing material 2 (A).
   
10. Install the fixing material 2 (A).
    
11. Apply tape (A) to the Panel Lower Cover (B).
    
12. Apply tape (A) to the Front Top Cover (B).
13. Close the printer cover (C).
    
14. Open the Home Side Top Cover (A).
15. Install the fixing material 3 (B) and fixing material 4 (C).
16. Close the Home Side Top Cover (A).
