#Step

1. Start the printer in repair mode. Turn the power on while touching [Screen Center], and keep pressing until the mode select screen is displayed. Touch the center of the panel to start repair mode.
   

2. Start the Service Program, and select Serial Number Input.
   

3. Enter the serial number printed on the label near the center of the printer top cover (at the position shown in the photo).
   

4. Click [Input] to write the serial number to the printer.

5. Check that the serial number (S/N) displayed on the bottom left of the Service Program screen is the written value.
