00112C (Intermediate Sub PF Driven Home Position Detection Error)

Error contents
  • The sub driven nip home position cannot be detected at the time of initialization.
  • The sub driven nip cannot return or the sensor does not react.
Suspected cause
  • The Mechanical Sensor has failed or its position has been shifted.
  • Operation failure due to paper jam
  • Poor connection of the Sub Driven Release Home Position Sensor
  • Sub Driven Release Home Position Sensor failure
  • Sub Driven Release Motor failure
  • Slipping of the teeth of the Sub Driven Nip Gears
  • Sub PF driven shaft screw is loosen, and a sensor read position abnormality occurs.
    • A: Normal read position
    • B: Read position when error occurs

    • A: Sub PF driven home position flag
    • B: Sub PF driven shaft
    • C: Screw
    • D: Sensor
    • E: Sensor detection range

    <Read position when error occurs>

    • A: Error occurs due to moving the flag
