#Step

1. Start the printer in repair mode. Turn the power on while touching [Screen Center], and keep pressing until the mode select screen is displayed. Touch the center of the panel to start repair mode.
   

2. Start the Service Program, and select 1st/2nd Release Motor Counter Reset.

3. Click the [Execute] button to reset the counter.

4. Restart the printer in repair mode.

5. Using the NVRAM Viewer, check that the current counter value is [0]. (Back up parameters)
