Making Use of ERMS
Indications
The printer is an ERMS-supported model, and so by subscribing to PORT and connecting to the internet, customers can remotely check the current printer status and operating history.
Furthermore, as ERMS is a two way communication system, it can also perform print head cleanings remotely.
*User must be subscribed to PORT.

| Usage Situation | Customer’s operating status/product operating information/consumable history can be checked |

| Supply Status | Remaining amount of consumables can be checked |
| Settings | Configuration status from the customer’s panel can be checked |
| Timeline | Events that have occurred on the printer can be checked |
