Suspected cause
- The Adobe® PostScript® 3™ Expansion Unit is not correctly installed.
- The Adobe® PostScript® 3™ Expansion Unit Board internal power supply is damaged.
- During printer start-up, the Adobe® PostScript® 3™ Expansion Unit option was removed. (Other than for power saving operation)
- During power saving operation, the Adobe® PostScript® 3™ Expansion Unit option was removed, restoring power savings.
