001F80 (Blown Fuse Error)
Error contents
- Detect low voltage the high-voltage (42V) line between the Printer Main Circuit Board and CRCM
It was detected that the input voltage of the CRCM board was lower than the reference voltage.
Suspected cause
- The fuse in the high-voltage line has blown. (⇒causes of fuse blowing)
- Broken wire of high-voltage line between the Power Supply Board and CRCM
- Printer Main Circuit Board failure
- Power supply board failure (42V is not coming out of the power board)
Parts/Components to be checked
- Cable (Power Supply Board to Printer Main Circuit Board to CRCM)
- Printer Main Circuit Board (Replace at the same time as the cable)
- Power Supply Board
- CRCM fuse: F5 (Printer Main Circuit Board)
Troubleshooting
![]() |
When connecting or disconnecting the FFC of the board connector (CN709) on the Printer Main Circuit Board, be sure to unplug the outlet and wait about 5 minutes before inserting or removing it. High-voltage charge remains, and there is a risk that the fuse (F5) will blow due to skew contact when inserting or removing the FFC. |
