Status Sheet acquisition

This section describes how to make use of status sheets that can be obtained via EPSON Edge Dashboard.

How To Acquire Status Sheets

  • EPSON Edge Dashboard and the printer driver must first be installed on the PC that is going to be used for acquiring status sheets.
  • Status sheets can be downloaded as PDF files.
  • Download status sheets while the printer is not started up.
  1. Connect the printer to the PC pre-installed with EPSON Edge Dashboard with the USB cable.
  2. Turn the printer power ON, and start up EPSON Edge Dashboard.
  3. When the printer registration screen is displayed, select the connected printer, and touch the [OK] button.
  4. Return to the home screen, and select the connected printer.
  5. From the menu that is displayed by clicking , select Printer Management.
  6. From the menu that is displayed by clicking the [Maintenance] button, select Acquire Status Sheet Information.
