Suspected cause
  • WLAN board abnormality

  • Network cable abnormality

  • LAN connector abnormality

  • The MAC addressis incorrect

  • Does not connect to various wired connections (turn 802.3AZ specification off: check with the user manual)

  1. WLAN board (only if the customer is using a wireless connection)

  2. Network cable (only if the customer is using this as a wired connection)

  3. Main circuit board (LAN connector)

  4. Cable from the WLAN board to the main circuit board (disconnected or broken)
