Roll1 (Known as Roll on the SC-P6500E Series/SC-T3700E Series)




























Remove

Roll paper is ejected.

After the paper has been ejected, information on how to remove the roll paper is displayed.

Feed/Cut Paper

Use Backward and Forward to adjust the amount of paper being fed.

Press Cut to cut the paper.

Print Adjustments

Automatic Adjustment

StandardAutomatically performs Paper Feed Adjust and Ruled Line Alignment.
DetailsSelect this if you are not satisfied with the adjustments made by Automatic Adjustment - Standard, or if you want to perform Automatic Adjustment to match your printing needs. Select the items that suit your printing needs in Select Target and Print Quality.
Paper Feed Adjust

AutoUse this menu when Automatic Adjustment cannot be performed, or when banding (horizontal banding, tint unevenness, or stripes) is detected in printing results.
Manual

Quality First, Length Accuracy First

Select the following if you are not satisfied with the adjustments made by Paper Feed Adjust - Auto, or if you want to perform Paper Feed Adjust to match your printing needs.
Quality First is suitable for printing images that require an emphasis on image quality. Make adjustments while visually checking the adjustment patterns.
Length Accuracy First is suitable for printing images that require an emphasis on dimensions and length such as CAD. Measure and adjust the distance of the printed measurement positions.

Ruled Line Alignment

Auto(Standard)Use this menu when Automatic Adjustment cannot be performed, or when the ruled lines are misaligned or if there is graininess in the printing results.
Auto(Details)Use this menu if you are not satisfied with the results of adjustment performed by Ruled Line Alignment - Auto(Standard) or when ruled lines are misaligned at the edge of the paper.
Manual(Standard)Use this menu if you are not satisfied with the results of adjustment performed by Ruled Line Alignment - Auto. Visually inspect the printed pattern and enter the measurements to perform adjustments.

Confirm ICC profile

Displays the ICC profile name.

Confirm Color Density

Displays the Color Density.

Paper Thickness

0.01 to 1.50 mm (0.01 mm)/0.4 to 59.1 mil (0.1 mil)

Platen Gap

Auto, 1.2, 1.6, 1.9, 2.1, 2.4

Select a wider setting if print results are scratched or smudged.

Top/Bottom MarginsStandard, Top 3 mm/Bottom 3 mm, Top 15 mm/Bottom 15 mm, Top 20 mm/Bottom 15 mm, Top 45 mm/Bottom 15 mm
Paper Suction-3 to +3

Set the paper core size for the roll paper being loaded.

Remaining AlertA warning is displayed when the amount of remaining roll paper is running low. Enter the amount of remaining roll paper that will trigger the warning.
