LED light failure (error code: 100032)

Occurrence condition
  • The LED on the CIS Module is not lit up.
Suspected cause

  • CIS Module failure

  • FFC disconnection in ADF/SCN

  • Main Board failure

1Visually check the FFCs of the ADF/SCN Unit.
  • Check the FFC (thick) in ADF/SCN to make sure it is not inserted obliquely, folded, or damaged.
Go to step 2
  • Correctly insert the FFC.

  • If FFC is damaged, replace the ADF/SCN Unit.

2Replace the ADF/SCN Unit.
  • Does the error occur after replacing the ADF/SCN Unit?
Go to step 3
