Suspected cause

  • The connection terminal is thought to have a connection failure at the Printer and optional cassette connection part.

  • Check that the Additional Cassette is properly installed.

Reinstall the Optional Cassette Unit.

  • Check that there is no foreign object trapped in the contact point between the main unit and the Optional Cassette Unit.
