This adjustment must be performed when all nozzles are in the normal discharge state. Therefore before adjustment, make sure all nozzles are discharging properly. If an error is displayed, then execute head cleaning, and when all nozzles are discharging ink correctly, perform adjustment again. When performing nozzle rank categorization or nozzle detection confirmation, nozzle noise check is performed automatically.

1. Start the Adjustment Program, and select “Nozzle rank categorize”.
2. Press the Perform button to execute the “Nozzle rank categorize”.
3. Press the Check button to execute “Nozzle detect check”.
