The communication result of a fax is stored as a report or a log related to the fax.

When an error related to the fax occurs, obtain the report/log below to identify the cause of the error.

“Fax log”: report of the target error communication and communications before and after the error.
“Protocol trace”; log of the target error communication.

Report/Log Name	Indications	Auto print	Manual print
Fax Log	A history report of sent and received 100 fax jobs. Settings are available for Display, Auto or Manual Print (every 100/time/off).
Protocol trace	A detailed report for the previous sent or received fax.
Fax Function Check Report	Self check of Fax function is available. Perform Fax Function to check for failure, this is useful to check the basic items including fax function and line connection.
