IS load position driving time error (error code: 000110)

Occurrence condition

  • The IS Motor is continuously running for 30 seconds or more.

Suspected cause

  • Contamination of IS Scale

  • Unexpected problem with firmware

Check the power connection.

  • Does the error recur when the printer power is turned off/on?

Check the firmware.

  • Check whether or not the firmware is the latest version.
    (Check the firmware version using the adjustment program)
Go to step 3

  • Perform a firmware update.

  • If firmware cannot be updated, contact the EPSON Service Department.

Visually check for the IS Scale.

  • Check the dirt on the IS Scale, and make sure there is no problem.
Go to step 4

  • Clean the IS Scale.

  • Replace the Inksystem Assy if cleaning is difficult.

Replace the Inksystem Assy.

  • Does the error occur after replacing the Inksystem Assy?
